Steam Addicts interviews E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy developer

With our review of E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy out of the way, Steam Addict’s own Sam Beck scored an interview with Jonathan Cacherat, one of the masterminds behind this incredibly unique game. When asked if Deus Ex and Stalker were inspirations to E.Y.E, as well as bringing up the rumor that E.Y.E was the spiritual successor to the original Deus Ex, Jonathan had this to say:

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. has had a huge influence, as well as Doom (1 & 2), Fallout 2, King Field, Syndicate, X-COM, Arx Fatalis and System Shock. And of course Deus Ex, but we never considered us as successors. Deus Ex: Human Revolution is here for that, and it looks damn amazing.
